How to report copyright infringement on Body Byte — and how we review and respond to complaints.
Body Byte respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users, contributors, contractors, and partners to do the same.
If you believe that content available on or through Body Byte infringes your copyright, you may submit a copyright complaint using the contact information below. We review complaints in good faith and may remove or disable access to content while a report is being evaluated.
How to Submit a Copyright Complaint

To help us process your complaint, please include:
- Your full name, company name if applicable, mailing address, email address, and phone number.
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
- The specific URL, screen, account, post, image, page, or in-app location of the allegedly infringing material.
- A description of how the material allegedly infringes your rights.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury if applicable, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What Happens Next
After we receive a complaint, we may:
- Review the notice for completeness.
- Request additional information.
- Remove or disable access to the reported material.
- Notify the user, contributor, or partner who provided the material.
- Keep a record of the complaint and related correspondence.
- Take further action if repeat or deliberate infringement is identified.
Counter-Notice Process
If your content was removed or disabled because of a copyright complaint and you believe that happened in error, you may contact us at [email protected] with:

- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and where it appeared before removal.
- A statement explaining why you believe the material was removed in error or why you have the right to use it.
- Any supporting documentation, such as a license, permission, proof of authorship, or other authorization.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We may review your response and, where appropriate, share it with the complaining party.
Repeat Infringement
Body Byte may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts or relationships associated with repeated or serious copyright violations.
